2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity information (name, surname)
• Contact information (email, phone)
• Transaction security information (IP address, device information)
• Payment information (via licensed payment infrastructure)

3. Processing Purposes

Your personal data is processed for establishing and performing the contract, managing customer relations, fulfilling legal obligations, and ensuring platform security.

4. Data Transfer

Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary to provide the service, with our domestic and international partners (local carriers, payment institutions) in compliance with KVKK.

5. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information about it if it is being processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
• Request deletion or destruction

You can submit your KVKK requests in writing to [email protected]. Your requests will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
